WHAT: PixelHacks II is a free, two-day hackathon for high school women of all programming experiences and backgrounds. There will be many workshops, mentors, a women-in-tech panel, a ton of food, nighttime activities and surprises, cool prizes, and lots of awesome swag - all with support from companies like Snapchat, Twitter, Hi-Chew, and Yelp!

WHERE: Medallia Inc. in San Mateo, CA. (It is right next to a Caltrain station!)

WHEN: January 27-28, 2018.

COST: It's free!

Eligibility

Anyone who identifies as a female and is in the age range of 13-18 can attend PixelHacks II.

 Teams can range from 2 to 4 members.

Best Mobile App

All members of the team that creates the best mobile application hack will receive Sketch licenses, Android keychains, and a Facebook Techprep swag bag.

Best .Tech Hack (Using .Tech Domain Name)

The team that creates the best hack on a .Tech domain will receive a $200 Amazon gift card (total).

Best Firebase Hack

All members of the team that creates the best hack using Firebase's API will receive a Smart Video Car Kit for Raspberry Pi.
